Welcome to The Artificial Turf Doctors. By scheduling service, approving an estimate, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Artificial Turf Doctors provides professional artificial turf maintenance, cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, grooming, repair, inspection, and related surface care services for residential, commercial, athletic, playground, pet, and recreational turf systems.

Service recommendations are based upon visible site conditions at the time of inspection or service.

2. Scheduling & Appointment Windows

Appointments are scheduled within estimated service windows based on:

  • Route optimization

  • Technician availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment availability

  • Previous job completion times

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time-frame, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Recurring maintenance customers may receive scheduling priority.

3. Property Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to all service areas at the scheduled appointment time.

Customers must ensure:

  • Gates are unlocked

  • Pets are secured

  • Pathways are accessible

  • Water access is available if required

  • Technicians can safely perform services

If service cannot be completed due to inaccessible areas, unsecured animals, unsafe conditions, or blocked access, additional charges or rescheduling fees may apply.

4. Pet Safety Policy

For the safety of pets, customers, and technicians:

  • All pets must remain secured during service

  • Customers should avoid allowing pets onto treated areas until surfaces are dry

  • Additional charges will apply for crew members having to pick up pet waste.

The Artificial Turf Doctors is not responsible for pets escaping through gates that are opened, closed, or left unsecured by the customer or third parties.

5. Weather & Surface Conditions

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions including:

  • Heavy rain

  • Lightning

  • Snow or ice

  • Frozen turf

  • Excessive standing water

  • Severe heat

  • Unsafe worksite conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary to maintain service quality and technician safety.

6. Booking & Estimate Approval

Approval of an estimate, quote, invoice, online booking, recurring service agreement, or digital authorization constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Submitted service requests do not guarantee appointment availability until confirmed by The Artificial Turf Doctors.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Residential Services

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation or trip fees.

Commercial & Community Properties

Commercial, HOA, municipal, athletic, school, and multi-family properties should provide at least 48 hours notice whenever possible.

Reserved crew time, routing, and equipment scheduling may result in charges for late cancellations.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • ACH

  • Credit/debit card

  • Check

  • Approved digital payment methods

Customers authorize The Artificial Turf Doctors to charge approved payment methods for completed services and recurring maintenance programs when applicable.

9. Late Payments & Collections

Invoices not paid within agreed terms may be subject to:

  • Late fees

  • Finance charges

  • Suspension of recurring services

  • Collection efforts

Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, and related expenses permitted by law.

10. Recurring Maintenance Programs

Recurring service customers authorize routine scheduling based on the selected maintenance frequency.

Recurring programs may include:

  • Monthly service

  • Bi-monthly service

  • Quarterly service

  • Seasonal service

  • Custom commercial schedules

Customers may pause or cancel recurring services with written notice prior to the next scheduled visit.

11. Odor Reduction Disclaimer

Our services are designed to significantly reduce odor-causing bacteria, contaminants, and organic buildup; however, no treatment can guarantee permanent or complete odor elimination.

Long-term odor control depends on factors including:

  • Pet volume

  • Usage frequency

  • Weather

  • Drainage conditions

  • Existing contamination

  • Maintenance frequency

12. Existing Conditions & Damage

The Artificial Turf Doctors is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

  • Worn fibers

  • Seam separation

  • Drainage failures

  • Weed growth

  • Low spots

  • Base movement

  • Burn marks

  • Staining

  • Infill loss

  • Fading

  • Digging damage

  • Improper installation

Maintenance services cannot correct major installation or structural defects.

13. Sanitizing & Cleaning Disclaimer

While our services help reduce bacteria, odors, contaminants, allergens, and organic buildup, no cleaning or sanitizing service can guarantee complete sterilization or elimination of all microorganisms.

Customers understand that artificial turf surfaces require ongoing maintenance for optimal cleanliness and performance.

14. Biohazard & Unsafe Conditions

The Artificial Turf Doctors reserves the right to refuse, stop, or modify services if unsafe or hazardous conditions exist, including:

  • Aggressive animals

  • Excessive biohazards

  • Unsafe structures

  • Hazardous debris

  • Chemical exposure

  • Severe contamination

Additional remediation charges may apply for heavily contaminated areas.

15. Photographs & Documentation

The Artificial Turf Doctors may take before-and-after photographs and service documentation for:

  • Quality assurance

  • Technician training

  • Customer reporting

  • Warranty support

  • Marketing purposes

We make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personal or sensitive information.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Artificial Turf Doctors shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Drainage failures

  • Improper turf installation

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Loss of use

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Pet-related damage

  • Environmental conditions beyond our control

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

17. Website Use

All website content, branding, graphics, service descriptions, logos, and materials are property of The Artificial Turf Doctors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

18. Changes to Terms

The Artificial Turf Doctors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective upon posting to our website.
